Sometimes we feel unseen, unheard, overwhelmed, or stuck. Whatever has brought you here, I want you to know that you are welcome exactly as you are.

My name is Johnna Aggelikas, and I created Mind Yourself Natural Healing as a space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

I believe healing begins when we slow down enough to listen. To listen to our bodies, our hearts, our inner wisdom, and the quiet voice within that has been asking for our attention. In a world that often encourages us to look outside ourselves for answers, healing invites us to gently turn inward.

It is through this process that we begin to release what no longer serves us and create space for greater peace, balance, clarity, and self-love.

Through Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), and Hypnosis, I offer personalized sessions designed to support your unique journey. Whether you are seeking relaxation, emotional healing, spiritual connection, personal growth, or simply a quiet moment to recharge, each session is tailored to meet you where you are and support what you need most.

My intention is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. A place where you can let go, receive, and reconnect with the wisdom and strength that already exist within you.
